The All-Sourcing partnership means a contract covering the supplier's commercial representation, their marketing as well as all the management interfaces with the end-customers : handling / accounting / payment. All the processes following the receipt of an order are handled and supported by Venturi. This implies for the supplier a unique relationship with Venturi : physical or logical supply of the product directly to Venturi end-customer invoicing by Venturi payments to the supplier by Venturi. This contract leads to a monthly fixed cost and a discount rate on products sold, which could evolve towards a normal distribution contract.
